Job Title – Internal Repair Sales Co-Ordinator

Pickerings Lifts is a national, well established, privately owned, independent, leading lift specialist with 170 years’ experience. Due to continued success and growth, we require a Repair Sales Co-Ordinator to operate out of our Romford Office.

This role presents a great opportunity to join our team in the London North office as a Repair Sales Co-Ordinator, with the view of progressing to management level. The purpose of this role is to raise quotes for repairs, and through providing an efficient administration service, ensure that customer’s orders are processed, maintaining high standards of customer service at all times.

 

Main Duties:

  • Quoting from insurance, service and call out reports
  • Placing insurance items onto service calls
  • Booking in parts
  • Follow up on Client quotes
  • Answering calls
  • Process orders on the in house maintenance system
  • Assist with customer breakdown calls and liaise with Engineers
  • General administration duties

 

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience of successfully handling high volumes of external & internal communication
  • Confident and professional communication style demonstrating proficiency of Outlook
  • A professional & confident telephone manner
  • Previous experience of creating and maintaining filing and other office administration systems.
  • Confident using Microsoft word
  • Experience with quoting on insurance reports
  • Understanding of the lift industry and equipment preferred but not essential
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan your own work, using initiative to meet deadlines
  • Team working ability together with the ability to accept and follow instructions
  • The ability to manage pressure and conflicting
  • NVQ L2 in Business Administration or Customer Service preferred but not essential
