We are looking for Business Administrator Apprentice's to work within a small Team within our Lift Maintenance Repair Team based in Manchester. To learn the role of Administrator within the business efficiently assisting with providing a seamless administration service to the Lift Maintenance & Repair business stream ; undertaking duties as requested and completing vocational training in order to become competent at business administration.
Not only will you gain an Level 3 in Business Administration, you will become competent to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and effective assistance to Pickerings Lifts Loading Systems Department,

Main Duties:
Provide administrative support to the Lift Maintenance & Repair department and support the operational Management & administration team with administration activities including but not limited to, taking incoming calls from customers and logging accurate and real time information, liaising with Engineers efficiently providing timely and accurate customer related information, data input and maintaining accurate records on the in house data management system, general office duties including filing and scanning and dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
