One of our customers was broken into on a weekend, which left one of their roller shutter doors damaged and needing replacing so the site could be left secure.
Our loading systems team was quick on the case. Our nearest office was opened on a Saturday so that two engineers could collect the replacement parts needed to make the repair, and then travel to our customer’s site so they could repair the roller shutter door and secure the site.
The customer was delighted with our engineers’ rapid response; we took the call, arranged the replacement parts and fixed the roller doors in the space of six hours.
